All fraternity apparel items are custom-made to order. Once a design has been reviewed and approved by the purchaser, the order is considered final.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all mockups and proofs prior to approval. Since 1990 is not responsible for mistakes that appear in the final product once approval has been given.
Fraternity apparel produced by Since 1990 Partners is intended exclusively for active members of the designated fraternity.
The customer confirms they have authorization to use fraternity names, letters, logos, and symbols in their order. Since 1990 is not liable for unauthorized use or trademark violations.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to order size, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping delays caused by carriers are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved design, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery with photo documentation. Approved claims may be eligible for replacement at our discretion.
Orders may only be canceled prior to design approval. Once approval is given, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
Upsilon Phi Upsilon Fraternity, Inc "Since 1990" is not responsible for misuse of fraternity apparel or violations of fraternity policies arising from the use of purchased items.
